THE MOST COMMON USES OF THE ESSENTIAL OIL OF LEMONGRASS

The high content of citral is of the essential oil and the lemongrass oil an excellent antiseptic and bactericidal, active especially against fevers and diseases of the epidermal.
Has a tonic effect on the whole organism. It is stomachic activity, carminativa, and digestive, useful for tissues that lack toning gastric, colitis, flatulence. It is effective in dystonia neurovegetative and is reputed to be useful against headache, it is an excellent bath oil, from the properties tonic, refreshing and deodorant. The essential oil of citronella is an insect repellant, effective against all insects.

SOME MODES OF USE OF THE ESSENTIAL OIL OF LEMONGRASS

To refresh tired feet and hot: add 3 drops of essential oil of citronella and 2 mint leaves in a tablespoon of neutral cream and rub on the soles of the feet, to make a feeling of freshness and combat excess sweating and bad odours.

To keep away the mosquitoes: add 20 drops of essential oil of lemongrass and 20 drops of eucalyptus essential oil to 100 ml of milk hydrating. Apply on exposed areas of skin

To create a pleasant atmosphere spread in the environment with a dispenser of aromas 5 drops of essential oil of citronella, 5 drops petit grain 5 drops of lavender.

To find the well in case of fatigue and sensation of heaviness in the head: pour 2 drops of essence on a piece of paper to keep on your desk and inalarne the scent if necessary.
